Refund policy

When it comes to refunds, our business operates within Victorian Consumer Affairs policy. Consumer affairs require businesses to offer a refund or exchange when an item has a major defect. Please note, we do not refund if a customer changes their mind about their purchase.

If you have changed your mind on one of our utility products (Water, Firewood or Gas) we are able to hold your delivery for another time when you do need it.
