Access Requirements (Read This Before Booking)

Driveway width/clearance: Please allow safe access for a heavy rigid vehicle.
Turning space: Provide room to position the truck near the tank or safe hose run.
Gradient & surface: Steep, soft or slippery surfaces may be unsafe. Let us know in advance.
Hose distance: We carry hose—tell us the approximate distance from truck to tank fill point.

If access is tight, we’ll work with you on the best approach or recommend the 5,000 L truck first.

How Much Should I Order?

Small top-ups: 5,000 L covers essential household use for many properties.
Full refills / large tanks: 13,000 L is efficient if your storage allows.
