Looking to book a location for a Christmas, party, birthday or other special celebration? For groups of 14 or more we can provide tables together inside our Over the Road Emerald location and an exclusive ‘Celebration Menu’ or ‘Function Menu’ The menus are designed to cater for large groups, enabling speed and simplicity, whilst delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. This is our most economical method of a planned celebration or function, with a set menu of options.

Looking for something a little more private at our Emerald location? You can hire our side bar, which is a separate room for up to 20 people in a sit down or cocktail style setting. We have a screen available for input if wanting to display videos, presentations or a slideshow of images.

We’ll man the bar to provide your choice of tap beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and other drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic available).

We ask for a minimum bar spend of $500 to have the side bar private. You can then choose from our cocktail & canape menu or our celebration menu for your function. Please note our standard function window is for 3 hours.

Our entire venue is available to book, suitable up to 75 people. We have screens available for input if wanting to display videos, presentations or a slideshow of images.

We’ll man the bar and barista station to provide your choice of tap beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and other drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic available).

We ask for a minimum bar spend of $2500 to have the venue private. You can then choose from our cocktail & canape menu or our celebration menu for your function.
