LPG vs natural gas — what’s the difference, and which is more efficient?

LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is bottled propane/butane, while natural gas is mostly methane delivered by mains. Because LPG has a higher energy content per unit, you typically need less LPG than natural gas to produce the same heat—making LPG the more efficient choice for many applications (assuming the appliance is correctly jetted and regulated for LPG).

How does LPG delivery work?

Order online, by phone, or in-store. You’ll receive an SMS with your delivery day (usually Monday, Wednesday or Friday), then a confirmation SMS on the day when the driver is on the way. Ensure clear access, bottles ready to swap, pets secured and gates open. Typical turnaround is within 48 business hours in local areas.
